So today there was the opening ceremony of sangathan.

What is sangathan?

Sangathan is a sports event conducted in every branch of amity Last year I participated in mostly every event of sangathan Badminton,relay race, long jump,volly ball Although I didn’t win any medal but, I always believe that participating is more important than winning.The environment that always creates while sangathan is something which I really love to see the spirit of every individual.people practising daily to achieve something. Being physically fit is something that comes on the top of the list of everything.If you’re not fit being physically fit is crucial for a healthy lifestyle.

Being physically fit is not just about looking good, it’s about feeling good both physically and mentally. Regular exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle have numerous benefits that can positively impact every aspect of your life.
